AutoTech Design & Mfg  is a fully functional, one-stop Design, Machine, Weld and Fabrication facility.  Located in Ukiah, california, we are capable of providing “turn-key” manufacturing solutions to all types of industries.

 

By using various CAD/CAM software, we insure that your part integrity is controlled and maintained from its implementation to each and every time an order is placed; assuring that each part in production is the same as its original design or prototype.

 

AutoTech is capable of working with all types of steel, aluminium, stainless steel, inconel, brass, copper, plastics, UHMW, delrin, polycarbonate, HDPE, nylon and many other types and grades of material.  We have a wide variety of services available to improve these materials including engineering, CNC plasma cutting, milling, and turning.  This includes preliminary operations  such as sawing, shearing, forming, rolling, and punching.  We also utalize all types of welding, including MIG, TIG, Stick.  Second ops grinding, drilling, tapping, powder coating, plating, oxidizing, anodizing, galvanizing, heat treating and various other services to get the job done right, the first time and every time.

 

In order to ensure the quality of the finished product, jobs are inspected routinely throughout the manufacturing process. "First piece" inspection at the beginning of each phase of production, along with "in process" inspection and a documented final inspection, assure that our parts meet our customers' close tolerance specifications, each and every time.
